  Ilocos Sur has become one of the places to visit in the Philippines, apart from it having naturally beautiful sites, it also has hospitable locals and great food, this is the reason why tourists engaged to come here. But every year there is an event where the best of the province can be showcased in one celebration, the Kannawidan festival.    The Kannawidan Ylocos Festival is a festivity in Ilocos Sur that is usually held on the last week of January and first week of February. In a year many things can happen, we encounter many ups and downs, twists and turns and sudden speed bumps as we go through its path, regardless we keep going.
